LICENSE AND USE

These are digital files for download and not a finished product. Our designs CANNOT be purchased to share or take to someone else to put on a product. They are ONLY licensed to the purchaser of the designs. The designs come in different formats, please check the format that is compatible with your digital machine before purchasing any item.

We do not send purchased designs to any email address other than the one used to purchase the designs.

SHARED DESIGN

Our digitized designs, whether purchased or free, CANNOT be sold, traded, shared, given away, or included in any design set. This includes purchasing with the intent to copy and share with your family or friends. You may not use ANY part of our design or exclusive artwork as a basis to create a new design and claim to be your own.

Please note that we will not respond to emails with order issues where two parties split the purchase with the intention of sharing designs.

We reserve the right to immediately and without notice terminate the repeat and future download opportunities of any account holder we know is sharing designs. ALL design downloads will be cancelled. Our designs are available for instant download upon purchase. We are not obligated to provide indefinite and unlimited downloads. We do it for convenience. Therefore, those who violate our terms of use will lose those opportunities.

You cannot modify the designs and claim that they are yours or sell the modified designs. Of course, you can edit the designs for your own personal use.

By purchasing our designs, you are acquiring a LICENSE to use them. Only the actual purchaser of the designs holds this license. This license is NOT transferable. You may not, at any time, pass the files to anyone else for any reason without the express written permission of OnlineDesigns.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the digital nature of our designs and their ability to be instantly downloaded, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you are having technical issues with the designs you purchased, please use the contact form to report a problem . We do not anticipate a problem with the files, but sometimes errors occur and we will do our best to fix designs. If we are unable to resolve the designs, we will apply the amount spent on the designs, in the form of a gift credit, to your account.

DO NOT file a dispute with your credit card or PayPal before attempting to contact support. If you file a dispute, your account will be blocked until the dispute is resolved and we receive compensation for the products
